Very busy 1st lap of VLN2 race last weekend with PROsport Performance. Ride onboard with me from P7 to P1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxp4RwluShQ !

On request from the PROsport Performance team, Nico Verdonck headed off down under to Australia for the first time to take part in the 12 Hours of Bathurst. If on the one hand for the Belgian driver and his teammates the race unfortunately came to premature end, the Brussels based competitor definitely left his mark thanks to his performances and notably producing a new lap record in the GT4 category.

Dear Partners and Fans,
Thank you for the fruitful cooperation and great moments together. I wish you and your family all the best and would like to share a retrospective of my 2015-racing season with you: https://youtu.be/sb5gWIE43CQ

Called upon by the family of the late Harald Müller to drive the Ford GT of the Lambda Performance team, the Belgian Nico Verdonck and his teammate Frank Kechele more than honoured the memory of the defunct offering their team a pole position and a second place in the final of the ADAC GT Masters at Hockenheim.

After a well-filled day, at the wheel of two different Porsche entered by the ProSport team, Nico Verdonck was on the Nürburgring podium following his 2nd place in the SP10 category. When you love something you don’t count the cost. This last Saturday Nico Verdonck took on two races within one!

Nico Verdonck had every reason to believe in achieving a good result during the 67th edition of the Total 24 Hours of Spa. At the wheel of the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 entered by the Black Falcon team and together with his teammates Adam Christodoulou and Andreas Simonsen, the Brussels based driver had put together all the pieces of the puzzle to perform brilliantly in the Ardennes classic.

More discrete than he would have wished at the beginning of this 2015 season, with a mere two BRCC races under his belt, Nico Verdonck is back! Last Saturday the Brussels based driver competed in an event of the VLN championship, on the Nürburgring, and he can now confirm that he will be at the start of the 24 Hours of Spa with a Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 entered by the Black Falcon team!

His European season over, Nico Verdonck had recently accepted HCP’s proposal to compete in the first edition of the “Classic 24 Hour Daytona” (*) organised over the weekend of 15th & 16th November 2014.

Since nearly five year, the experienced and highly rated professional racing driver Nico Verdonck, is working for Mercedes Belgium, where he is looking after all AMG test drives for current and potential customers.

The “1000 Kms of the Nürburgring”, 5th and final round of the Blancpain Endurance Series, started off on a high note for Nico Verdonck.
