Nico Verdonck has divulged this morning his teammates who will run with HTP Motorsport on Mercedes AMG GT3 by ALD for the most important race of his season of the Blancpain Endurance Series – the 24 Hours of Spa – end of July in Francorchamps.

They are Harold Primat and Bernd Schneider who won the 24 Hours last year.

The ADAC GT Masters championship came to a close last weekend with an epic race full of accidents and drama. 


Earlier this week Nico was asked to strengthen car #49 for the final ADAC GT Masters round, together with his compatriot Enzo Ide, who has been racing with Phoenix on the R8 the entire season in Blancpain Endurance Series and FIA-GT.

Last weekend the American Le Mans Series and World Endurance Series visited the COTA, Circuit of the Americas at Austin in Texas. Where Nico had several meetings and discussions for 2014 season.

Due to commercial reasons Nico Verdonck will not take part in the final race of the BES championship in Nurburgring with Gulf Racing.

Last week-end the 65th edition of the Total Spa 24 hours took place. More than 65.000 spectators visited the magnificent race track in the Ardennes too watch 65 of the most exciting GT-3 cars compete. Mechanic and electronic problems kept the #69 Gulf Racing McLaren away from the podium.
